Which Credit Cards do you accept ?

We accept PAYPAL.  We also accept American Express, Discover, Visa and Master Card. 

 

Can I get free shipping ?

We want our customers to realise that shipping is never really free.  However it is more cost effective with multiple items.  You are eligible for free shipping with order of 3 items or more.  

 

What Shipping options to you offer ?

We offer express Standard Overnight, 2 Day and Ground shipping options.  The most cost effective shipping option is ground.

 

Do you charge Sales Tax ?

We are required by law to charge Sales Tax. 

 

Can I exchange a design for another size ?

Of course.  We want you to be happy with your purchase.  You will be sent a replacement depending upon availibility .  If we are sold out of a particular size, we may issue a credit towards a future purchase.  Please email us at sales@hautelatitude.com for any size related concerns.  Shipping charges however are non-refundable. 

 

Can I find Haute Latitude in a local store?

Haute Latitude designs are sold in 200 boutiques all across the continental US.  Please email us at sales@hautelatitude.com with your zip code and we will be happy to let you know where you can shop Haute Latitude in your local area.

 

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Haute Latitude design, however for some reason if you are not satisfied, we are happy to take back our designs for an even exchange.  Returns must be received by Haute Latitude in their original condition, without having been worn / washed or altered in any way with all original tags attached and intact.  Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 10 days of the date on which ordered items were delivered to you.  Sale merchandize cannot be returned or exchanged.  Please email sales@hautelatitude.com for a RA number for your return.  We will be happy to email you specific return instructions.  Shipping charges are not refundable unless an error has been made on our part.  Please return using a reputable carrier with a tracking number.  Upon receipt of returned goods, Haute Latitude reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.  Please allow 10-14 business days for us to process your returns once we receive the merchandize.
